Impact Evaluation Implementing Partners

Since 1999, Domrei Research and Consulting, a registered Cambodian company, has been providing high-quality research services to governments, NGOs, multilateral and bilateral development agencies in Cambodia. Domrei’s mission is to assist policy-makers and project managers by providing scientifically-sound knowledge about the needs, perceptions and behaviour of Cambodians. A member of the European Evaluation Society and the only Cambodian associate member of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluations, we specialise in the design, implementation and management of impact evaluations in a variety of fields in Cambodia.

Funders of the Impact Evaluation

The BASIS Research Program on Poverty, Inequality and Development is dedicated to understanding the poverty and income distribution dynamics of rural economies and to crafting creative policies and programs that broaden the base of economic growth and offer sustainable pathways from rural poverty. BASIS research has developed an asset-based approach to understanding poverty traps and poverty dynamics, derived its implications for poverty measurement, and developed its implications for social protection policy.

AFD is the Groupe Agence Française de Développement, a bi-lateral development finance institution established in 1941 that works on behalf of the French government. Its mission is to finance development according to France’s Overseas Development Assistance policies. In 2009, AFD committed over €6.2 billion to more than 60 developing countries in Africa, Asia, the Mediterranean Basin, the Middle East, South America, and the French Overseas Territories.
